1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you hold a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To give you extra peace of mind, Cijix proudly extends this policy, offering a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must remain attached.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments (if applicable) and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@cijix.com with your order number to request your return instructions and RA (Return Authorisation) number.
  2. Package your items securely, including your order details inside the parcel.
  3. Send your return package to our designated return address listed below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (e.g., wrong size, colour, or style), you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, Cijix will cover all return costs. Please contact us at info@cijix.com (attaching a photo of the defect is appreciated to help speed up processing), and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
  • Approval & Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to clear the funds into your account.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for alternative sizes or colours. To secure your replacement quickly, please follow our standard return procedure for the original item and place a new order directly on our website.

7. Deductions & Partial Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is returned in a condition showing evidence of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, fit, or characteristics (e.g., damaged packaging, missing tags, or signs of wear), we reserve the right to apply a deduction to your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@cijix.com. If your order has already been processed or dispatched by our warehouse, you can simply return the parcel to us upon arrival following the standard return process outlined above.
